Emit solar_pv + wind_onshore capacity-factor rows per asset. Parameters ---------- asset_id: Canonical asset_id to tag every emitted row with. bbox: Geographic bounding box (lat/lon) used to trim the atlite Cutout. technology: One of {"solar_pv", "wind_onshore", "wind_offshore", "ror_hydro"}. dataset: atlite dataset backend — "era5" is the default public choice. cache_dir: Where to keep the persisted Cutout NetCDF file. allow_synthetic: Overrides ``PHRONESIS_ALLOW_SYNTHETIC`` for the no-atlite fallback.
