ECMWF IFS operational NWP via the anon ECMWF Open Data bucket. **Retired** (``runnability.RETIRED``; superseded by ``open_meteo``). Uses the ``ecmwf-opendata`` package; without it the synthetic fallback applies (refused unless synthesis is enabled). A retrieve that fails, or a GRIB that cannot be decoded, raises.
