Balancing capacity under contract (A81/B95, art. 17.1.b-c): the amount procured, MW, and its procurement price, EUR/MW per published period. Since the platform merged "amount" and "price" into one document ("Amount and prices paid of balancing reserves under contract") each Point carries both, so one request per (reserve, market agreement) fills two variables: * ``reserve_contracted_{fcr,afrr,mfrr,rr}_{up,down,sym}`` - MW * ``reserve_price_{fcr,afrr,mfrr,rr}_{up,down,sym}`` - EUR/MW, the procurement price exactly as published (per MW for the period the point covers; not converted to a rate) Requested: process types A52 (FCR), A51 (aFRR), A47 (mFRR), A46 (RR) x market agreements A01 (daily, ``asset_id`` None) and A13 (hourly, ``asset_id`` "hourly"); eight requests per zone, most answered "no matching data". Native resolution only: an hourly MEAN of a per-period price is not the hourly price, so no roll-up is published.
