Scheduled commercial exchange from one bidding zone to another (A09). What the market scheduled across the border, beside what physically flowed (``crossborder_flow``). It was loaded once for 2025 by a validation script (scripts/pypsa/fetch/fetch_scheduled_exchanges.py) and never refreshed; as a connector it runs nightly for the same borders as the physical flows.
