himawari
Himawari-9 AHI imagery via the NOAA AWS rebroadcast (``noaa-himawari9``, anon). Reads the ``AHI-L2-FLDK-ISatSS`` product — full-disk imagery cut into NetCDF tiles (``OR_HFD-<res>-<band>-T<nnn>_...nc``) on the geostationary fixed grid — rather than ``AHI-L1b-FLDK``, whose ``.DAT.bz2`` Himawari Standard Data segments need ``satpy`` to decode (not installed; cfgrib cannot read them, which is why this connector never produced a row). Per top-of-hour step (at most :py:attr:`max_steps`; a longer window reads the newest and records the rest in ``refused_windows``), the point is projected to scan angles, the one tile containing it is fetched (~0.3 MB IR, ~4.5 MB VIS), and the nearest pixel read: * ``himawari_vis`` — band 3 (0.64 µm, 0.5 km) TOA reflectance factor, 0–1 * ``himawari_ir`` — band 13 (10.4 µm, 2 km) brightness temperature, K The point must be on the Himawari disk (default: Tokyo); Europe/Africa/the Americas raise :class:`ConnectorError`.
