NESO data portal. ``dataset``: ``demand`` (ND, the default), ``carbon_intensity``, or ``embedded_forecast``. ``embedded_forecast`` stores the embedded wind and solar forecasts (:data:`EMBEDDED_FORECAST_COLUMNS`), every hourly issue as its own vintage: ``vintage_ts`` = the issue's stated ``Forecast_Datetime`` (see :func:`embedded_issue_time` for its clock). A window selects ISSUES by issue time and keeps every target of each, so contiguous windows hold each issue once. Targets: settlement date + period -> UTC interval start, PT30M plus the complete-hour mean. History: yearly archives from 2019.
